My Story
My career began in the White House, where I served as Trip Coordinator during the administration of President George H.W. Bush. It was an extraordinary opportunity to learn the importance of discretion, exceptional service, meticulous planning, and attention to detail in one of the world's most demanding environments.
From there, I built a career managing complex projects and high-profile events for organizations including The Heritage Foundation, Hillwood, The Staubach Company, and later through my own business, The Scheer Organization. For more than 30 years, I have planned and executed meetings, events, and experiences across the country, earning a reputation for thoughtful planning, calm problem-solving, exceptional organization, and personalized service.
Along the way, I discovered that the skills clients valued most weren't limited to events. They trusted me to manage details, anticipate needs, coordinate multiple moving parts, and create order in even the most complex situations. That realization naturally expanded into home organization, move management, and ultimately home and estate management—helping homeowners protect their investment while enjoying the peace of mind that comes from knowing every detail is thoughtfully cared for.
Today, I work with clients throughout the Highlands-Cashiers-Sapphire areas of North Carolina, providing personalized home and estate management, move management, and organization services tailored to each client's lifestyle and property. Whether overseeing trusted vendors, preparing a home for arrival, coordinating a move, or creating beautifully organized spaces, my goal remains the same: to provide exceptional service with professionalism, discretion, and genuine care.
I believe exceptional service is built on trust, communication, and anticipating needs before they become concerns. My goal is simple: to care for every home as though it were my own, allowing my clients to enjoy their homes with complete confidence and peace of mind.
Outside of work, my lifelong passion for the hunter-jumper sport has given me a deep appreciation for equestrian properties and the unique attention they require. I enjoy hiking the beautiful trails of Western North Carolina with my Golden Retriever, Mazie, and am grateful to call the Highlands area home.
